Delivery and Returns
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland 3 to 5 working days.
To mainland UK we will deliver within 5 to 7 working days.
Mainland Europe and International Delivery Times will very depending on the destination
Product Availability
Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control and consequently any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
We will send you a quotation and alternative option for any products not available at the time of your order as soon as possible.
Damaged/Rejected Goods
You must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt you notify us at info@skelligsoaps.com that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
We will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality if you don’t notify us within this time period and may not accept any reject at later date. We do all our best to ensure that you will receive the purchased products as they left us, but sometimes this is beyond our control.
If goods, purchased from us have been received damaged, we will refund or exchange them once they are return to us with their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them to our address:
SkelligSoaps, Gurrane, Portmagee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we can’t then cancel it , and the order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
If your order has not been dispatched, you must contact us on info@skelligsoaps.com. You must provide us with the order number, product details.
SkelligSoaps Provided Courses
Cancellation, Postponement or Substitution of Course Dates
We reserve the right to change the course dates, venue and content should the need arise. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled or postponed you will be given the option of new course dates or a full refund of your course fees but no further liability will be accepted.
Deposits
Except in the circumstances of a postponement or cancellation directed by us, your deposit is non-refundable. However, should you be unable to attend on the dates you have booked due to poor health or accident we will offer you a place on the following course. We regret that we are unable to carry this offer forward should you be unable to attend on those following dates.
Full Course Payment
You will be liable for full payment of the course fee if you cancel later than two weeks prior to the course or if you do not attend a course you have booked on.
Health & Safety
During the course you will have access to a heat ring and you will be working (under supervision) with caustic soda both of which can burn you if used carelessly. During the course we will require you to exercise great caution when working near the heat ring and we will insist that you wear rubber gloves, eye goggles and a mask when working with caustic substances. For the sake of your personal safety and the safety of all fellow participants we reserve the right to exclude from the course (without refund), any person who fails to follow our safety instructions or whom we consider, for whatever reason, to be working unsafely with equipment and /or ingredients. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of personal negligence.
Photos
Unless you notify us in writing, prior to the course, that you wish to be excluded, we reserve the right to publish on our website and in our newsletter, photographs of participants taking part in our courses
